Industrial Cleaning, Power Plant and Equipment Cleaning, Food & Beverage Industry, Fire Damage Restoration via Dry Ice Blasting, Combustible Dust Removal
US Cleanblast was formed through the sales knowledge of Bobbi Monacelli, and we are teaming up with Premium Plant Services through acquisition. One of our most important attributes is our perfect safety record. We are ISN Safety Certified, have OSHA training, and our crew is mostly long-time employees that are very knowledgeable on all safety issues.
One of our key processes is Dry Ice Blasting (Co2) which provides superior results and no residual effects to the structure or environment. Instead of using hard abrasive media to grind on a surface (and damage it), dry ice blasting uses dry ice pellets, accelerated at supersonic speeds, and creates mini-explosions on the surface to lift the undesirable item off the underlying substrate. There is no secondary waste to clean up.
For an environmentally responsible cleaning, dry Ice ( CO2 ) blasting is the most requested industrial cleaning method today, and is used in many different industries. Hygienists, engineers, media and customers are all recommending the dry ice cleaning process over other conventional cleaning methods that aren’t as employee friendly and environmentally safe. The dry ice blast cleaning process is being used in almost all industries and saves the customers time, money, and health concerns.
Commercial and Industrial Cleaning and Restoration Services
We provide expert cleaning and restoration services to a variety of industries. Essentially we clean major equipment in any manufacturing, power generation, or production facility and real estate properties. As an example of the type of equipment we clean and restore includes: HRSG units, Stacks, Generators, Motors, Turbines, Hydro units, Penstocks, Ceilings and walls, Fans, Steel beams and support columns, Overhead piping, Framework, Tanks and silos, Heat and air exchangers (HRSG’s), Floors, Central vacuum pumps (exhausters) and any mechanical equipment.
Industries Served
UScleanblast provides expert cleaning and restoration services in many industries including aerospace, automotive, electric motors and generators, food and beverage, foundries, medical device manufacturing, packaging and printing, power generation plants, plastics, printing plants, real estate and more.
Some of our larger recent projects are in power generation and food industry equipment. For power generation services, we dry ice blast HRSG’s, stators, rotors, turbines, boilers and much more. For the food industry, we dry ice blast conveyor belts, coffee roasters, bottle fillers and labelers, and all other food and beverage production machines. We CO2 blast many jobs involving paint removal and mold remediation. We also offer rafter and ceiling cleaning of dust, grease, dirt, and other debris as well as combustible dust cleaning.
Combustible Dust Cleaning Services
Our combustible dust cleaning services have allowed us to provide our clients with state of the art, explosion-proof vacuum services to clean away volatile combustible dust, which has become a major concern for governmental agencies. Our explosion-proof cleaning process meets and exceeds the standards for this type of service, preventing our clients from being hit with significant fines due to recent changes in the laws surrounding combustible dust environments.
UScleanblast is trained in accordance to NFPA 654. NFPA 654 is the standard for the prevention of fire and dust explosions from the manufacturing, processing, and handling of combustible particulate solids and all other applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
Benefits of Dry Ice Blasting
A few of the benefits of dry ice blasting:
- A superior clean! No other cleaning process removes 100% of dirt, mold, fire, etc.
- No machine disassembly and reassembly is needed – this means companies won’t have much unproductive downtime.
- A quicker clean, that’s non-abrasive, non-conductive, non-flammable.
- No secondary waste and no cleanup – save costs on labor and expense.
- Our blasting nozzles allow us to get into tight spaces – this can be a problem for companies that use other cleaning methods.
- Environmentally friendly – meets the guidelines of the EPA, USDA, and FDA.
- Safe for employees – no exposure to chemicals or grit media
* Please have your EHS manager contact us if you are in a flammable environment so we can procure a safe workplace*
