Combustible dust is a fine dust that is a byproduct from the fabrication of plastic, paper, wood, chemical, grain, agricultural, metal, and other products. Dust accumulates on rafters, structure, and equipment. Many plants have been proactive and called us to clean their accumulation of this dangerous dust. All of Advanced Indoor Quality Care technicians are OSHA 10 certified and Advanced Indoor Quality Care is ISN (International Safety Network) certified. Advanced Indoor Quality Care follows follows combustible dust protocol written in standard NFPA-654 by the National Fire Protection Association. Advanced Indoor Quality Care utilizes Class 1 Division 1 pneumatic vacuums with static dissipative attachments. One recent job that we performed was the removal of combustible dust from a plastics compounding plant safely and without disrupting operations. We have also cleaned many other plants such as ink-toner plants.
