I had this company out amongst 4 other companies- All the others quoted high numbers only to find out the mold I had was on the wood originally-when the house was built- It isn’t an issue- what my issue is, is that dishonesty seems rampant with the choices of people doing this work- I would highly recommend calling them in with the other companies if need be- I liked Tom’s explanations
